Lane County’s Mapleton transfer site will operate on an expanded-hours basis January 25-27. The site, which is normally open only on Saturdays, will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Friday, January 25-27. The site will return to normal operating hours (Saturdays from 9 a. m. to 5 p.m.) on Saturday, January 28.

Lane County’s Waste Management Division is providing expanded operating hours at the Mapleton site to assist residents who have experienced damage from the recent floods. Normal disposal fees and site rules will apply. No hazardous wastes will be accepted, and the site cannot accommodate dump beds.
