The Lane Workforce Partnership is a business driven workforce development organization.  Our primary purpose is to meet the workforce skill needs of employers and to assist individuals to find a first job, new job or a better job.  As a federally and state funded organization, services are provided at no cost to the customer.

Our focus on investing in the workforce, creating workforce solutions, and partnering with businesses and community organizations makes local businesses stronger to compete in a global economy, and ensures that people are prepared for jobs that will be available now and in the future.  As a convener and investor in workforce development, the Lane Workforce Partnership brings industry leaders together to collaborate and address common workforce issues.

Comprehensive services to both businesses and job seekers are provided through our center, Worksource Lane.  Another location on the Lane Community College campus delivers services to job seekers.    

Business Services include, but not limited to:    

• Recruit, screen and refer applicants
• Upgrade employee skills 
• Broker of workforce information

Job Seeker Services include, but not limited to: 

• Career exploration and counseling
• Training for skills enhancement and career opportunities
• Job opening information
