How to Apply to Volunteer at DYS

The process is the same whether you are a student who will get credit or a community member who wants to volunteer with our youth.

  • pick up an application at the Department of Youth Services

  • Complete the application with current names and complete addresses for three references (application will not be processed without complete reference information - no exceptions).

• Return the application to Department of Youth Services, 2727 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Eugene, OR 97401.
