Effective January 1, 2010, it is against state law to dispose of TVs, Computers and monitors in the garbage. But don't worry, this material can be recycled for FREE at five of Lane County's transfer sites click here for locations. Lane County sites cannot accept more than 7 items, floor-standing units, or dismantled items and parts. CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION DEBRIS

| Construction and demolition debris is waste generated from remodels, construction or home improvement projects. Cement, dirt, land clearing debris such as stumps and rocks, sheet rock, shingles, tar paper, tile and wood are some examples of waste considered construction and demolition debris. |
