1. What cases are eligible for E-payment?
A case is eligible for E-payment if a decision has been entered in either Oakridge Justice Court or Central Lane Justice Court, a fine has been imposed and your scheduled payment is not past due and/or you are paying full cases that the court has requested a suspension of your driving privileges and your case has NOT been referred to collections.
2. Why can’t I find my case on the E-payment website?
a. If a decision has not been entered and a fine has not been imposed your case would not display on the E-payment site. The back of your citation lists the options available to you for resolving your citation.
b. A suspension of your driving privileges may have been requested if you failed to appear or faile to pay your find as directed.
c. Your case may have been sent to Professional Credit Service for collection if you failed to pay your fine as directed.
d. Entering a date of birth is required in order for the system to specifically identify your case(s). Your citation may have been filed without your date of birth or with an incorrect date of birth. If you have been given a payment plan, are current on your payments and your case(s) is not displaying on the e-payment website, you may contact the clerk’s office Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 682-6524 for assistance.
3. How do I contact the court if I have questions?

4. When will my on-line payment be applied?
Your on-line payment will be posted against your court fine the following business day.
5. What if the amount showing is different than what I owe?
You will need to speak to a court clerk during business hours at (541) 682-6524 for an explanation of your outstanding balance. Additional fees may have been added if the court requested your license suspended or if your case has been sent to a collection agency.
7. When is my next payment due if I pay for more than my scheduled payment amount?
If you post an amount equal to two payments your scheduled payment date would be moved ahead to reflect the extra payment. Calculation of your next payment is a manual process performed by the clerk’s office. Due to the consequences of a late payment, please contact the clerk’s office if you have questions or concerns.
8. May I pay less than the scheduled payment due?
The court will accept a partial payment. Please be advised that if you fail to make the scheduled payment by the date it is due, a suspension of your driving privileges may be ordered and/ or your case may be sent to a collection agency and additional fees added.
9. May I use two different credit cards to make the minimum payment due?
You can use two separate credit cards to make your minimum payment. However, each transaction will incur a convenience fee.
10. May I pay a ticket for someone?
You can pay a fine for someone else provided you know their docket number or summons number or driver’s license number and their date of birth.
11. How may I set up monthly payments?
If a decision and fine have been entered on your case and you are unable to pay your fine in full, you may obtain a Deferred Payment Application form from the court or on-line at the link listed below. The form needs to be filled out completely and returned to the court. The clerk’s office will verify your information and give you a Payment Agreement.

12. What do I do if my payment is a couple of days late?
If your scheduled payment date has passed you will not be able to make your payment on-line. Beginning in April, 2009 your license may be immediately suspended and additional fees added to your case if you are one day late on a payment. Contact the court prior to your payment date in person, by fax, or by postal mail. If you need a different payment plan, it must be requested in person or in writing, not by phone. You can also submit this request at the cashier counter.
13. What if my question doesn’t appear on this list?

14. May I contact the court by e-mail to ask questions about my case?
No, if you have questions regarding a pending case at Central Lane Justice Court contact the court office at 682-6524 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The email address listed on this website is dedicated to on-line payment questions only.
15. May I make payments on-line for Florence Justice Court fines and fees?
No, on-line payments for Florence Justice Court are not available at this time. Please continue making your scheduled payments as directed by both courts.
