    Featured Pets

    Bradley
    Case #1107-0150
If you saw the movie "Marley and Me", you know what to expect from Bradley.  This gorgious Yellow Lab is a big, boisterous goofball who still needs a little remedial training.  With a little training and a LOT of excercise, this diamond in the rough will really shine!

       Eeyore
    Case #1005-1845
Eeyore and his brothers and sisters are hoping that they will be picked to be your next kitty!  Come in and meet the friendly, healthy kittens at LCAS -- They can't wait for you to take them home!
Thursday's are Purrrsday at LCAS.  Adult cats are $35 and kittens are $50

     Special Needs Animals
Many of the animals that come into the shelter have special needs.  For some it is an injury or illness, while others have behavior issues that need to be worked on.   For information on LCAS' Special Needs Animals click here.

     Protect Your Pet Clinic

Stop by McKenzie Feed & Tackle at 39355 McKenzie Hwy on August 21st from 11:00am to 2:00pm to receive a FREE Rabies Vaccination with the purchase of a Lane County Dog License.  LCAS provides services to the City of Eugene and unicorporated Lane County.  You must live within Animal Services licensing jurisdiction to receive the free vaccine.  If you are unsure where you should license your dog, check out Cities that Sell Their Own Licenses or call our office at 541-682-3646 and our staff can assist you.

You can also Micro-chip Your Pet for only $20 and includes registration.  This is available to all pet owners.

No matter how well trained your dog is, they are not able to tell us where they live or give us their phone number so we can make that important call. A license is your pet's phone call home and provides 24/7 protection.

    PetSmart Adoption Event Every Sunday
Looking for a new member for your family but can't get to the shelter?  Every Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm our partners with Save the Pets will have adoptable dogs at PetSmart on Chad Drive in Eugene who are looking for a new home.  Stop by to see if you can meet you perfect match.
