LCAS provides services to the City of Eugene and unicorporated Lane County. You must live within Animal Services licensing jurisdiction to receive the free vaccine. If you are unsure where you should license your dog, check out Cities that Sell Their Own Licenses or call our office at 541-682-3646 and our staff can assist you.
You can also Micro-chip Your Pet for only $20 and includes registration. This is available to all pet owners.
No matter how well trained your dog is, they are not able to tell us where they live or give us their phone number so we can make that important call. A license is your pet's phone call home and provides 24/7 protection.
