Commissioner Peter Sorenson presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer, Bobby Green, Sr. and Anna Morrison present.  Cindy Weeldreyer was excused.  County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

 

David Garnick, Budget Analyst, noted the first item on the agenda would be to appoint three members to the Metro Wastewater Service District Budget Committee.  His recommendation was to reappoint Marie Bell for a third term and Mary Ann Holser for a second term.  He explained with Carol Jones leaving, they wanted to appoint Angel Jones to the Metro Wastewater Service District Budget Committee for her first term.

 

a. ORDER 00-5-31-1M Appointing and Reappointing Members to the Lane County Metropolitan Wastewater Service District Budget Committee.

 

MOTION: to approve ORDER 00-5-31-1M.

 

Dwyer MOVED, Morrison SECONDED.

 

VOTE: 4-0.

 

There being no further business, Commissioner Sorenson adjourned the meeting of the Lane County Metropolitan Wastewater Service District at 12:25 p.m.
