Chair Peter Sorenson convened the HACSA meeting at 9:00 a.m. with Bill Dwyer,, Bobby Green Sr., Anna Morrison, and Cindy Weeldreyer (9:07 a.m.) present. Recording Secretary: Leslie Barrett.

2. REGULAR BUSINESS

 

a. ORDER AND RESOLUTION 00-6-28-1H Accepting a Bid and Awarding a Contract for Purchase of Insulated Vinyl Replacement Windows, Weatherization of Homes Projects, 00-M-0050.

 

Craig Satein, of the Housing Authority, reviewed a Low-Income Weatherization Program Summary Narrative for the Board, covering topics of annual performance, demographics, services provided and benefits of the program.

 

MOTION: Approval of Order and Resolution 00-6-28-1H. Dwyer MOVED Morrison SECONDED.

 

VOTE: 5-0.

 

3. CONSENT CALENDAR

 

a. Approval of Minutes:  None.

 

b. ORDER AND RESOLUTION 00-6-28-2H Approving the Operating Budget and Calculation of Performance Funding System Operating Subsidy for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2001.

 

MOTION:  Approval of Consent Calendar.  Dwyer MOVED, Weeldreyer SECONDED.  VOTE: 5-0.
