Commissioner Peter Sorenson presided with Commissioner Bill Dwyer, and Anna Morrison present. Cindy Weeldreyer and Bobby Green, Sr., were excused. County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

2. CONSENT CALENDAR

a.  ORDER 00-6-14-1H Accepting a Bid and Awarding a Contract for Installation of Single-Ply PVC Insulated Roofing Systems, Weatherization of Homes Project, 00-R-0049.

Sorenson noted that this item is on the Consent Calendar instead of a regular business item.

MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.

Morrison MOVED, Dwyer SECONDED.

VOTE: 3-0.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

None.
