HACSA MEETING - BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

9:00 a.m. - Commissioners' Conference Room

Commissioner Bobby Green, Sr., presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer, Anna Morrison and Peter Sorenson present. Cindy Weeldreyer was absent. County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

Sorenson noted the Board had heard a report from Chris Todis about the change in the federal law that required a membership change to the HACSA Board by January, and he suggested a briefing on how the agency is proposing to modify the membership on the HACSA Board.

Green stated he would prefer a written assessment.

2. CONSENT CALENDAR

a.  Approval of Minutes: October 6, 1999, 9:00 a.m.

b.  ORDER 99-11-10-1H Accepting a Bid and Awarding a Contract for Performing Pressure Diagnostics and Sealing Residential HVAC Systems, Weatherization of Homes Project 00-R-0011.

MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.

Morrison MOVED, Sorenson SECONDED.

VOTE: 4-0.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

None.

There being no further business, Commissioner Green adjourned the meeting at 9:05 a.m.
