Commissioner Bobby Green, Sr., presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer, Anna Morrison, Peter Sorenson and Cindy Weeldreyer present. County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

2. CONSENT CALENDAR

a. Approval of Minutes: None.

b. RESOLUTION AND ORDER 99-6-30-1H Approving the Operating Budget and Calculation of Performance Funding System Operating Subsidy for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2000.

MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.

Sorenson MOVED, Morrison SECONDED.

VOTE: 5-0.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

None.

There being no further business, Commissioner Green adjourned the meeting at 9:03 a.m.
