Commissioner Bobby Green, Sr., presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer, Anna Morrison, Peter Sorenson and Cindy Weeldreyer present. County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

2. CONSENT CALENDAR

a. Approval of Minutes: None.

b.  ORDER 99-4-14-1H Accepting a Bid and Awarding Contract #99-C-0022 for Parkview Terrace Exterior Sealing.

c.  ORDER 99-4-14-2H Authorizing the Executive Director to Enter Into a Line of Credit Agreement with Centennial Bank.

MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.

Sorenson MOVED, Morrison SECONDED.

VOTE: 5-0.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

None.

There being no further business, Commissioner Green adjourned the meeting at 9:10 a.m.
