Commissioner Anna Morrison presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer and Peter Sorenson present.  Cindy Weeldreyer was present via telephone.  Bobby Green, Sr., was excused.  County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

 

1. PUBLIC COMMENTS

 

None.

 

2. CONSENT CALENDAR

 

a. Approval of Minutes:

July 10, 2001, HACSA, 9:00 a.m.

 

b. ORDER 01-8-1-1H/In the Matter of Amending the Agency's Personnel Policy to Include a Comprehensive Section on Harassment.

 

MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.

 

Dwyer MOVED, Sorenson SECONDED.

 

VOTE: 4-0.

 

3. REGULAR BUSINESS

 

a. RESOLUTION AND ORDER 01-8-1-2H/In the Matter of Extending Workers' Compensation Coverage to HACSA Volunteers.

 

Larry Abel, HACSA, explained they have a few volunteers who work and this would cover them at a cost of about $3 per year.

 

MOTION: to approve ORDER 01-8-1-2H.

 

Dwyer MOVED, Sorenson SECONDED.

 

VOTE: 4-0.

 

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

 

None.

 

There being no further business, Commissioner Morrison adjourned the meeting at 9:08 a.m.
