1. ORDER 96-12-19-1/In the Matter of a Refund to Various Taxpayers.
Teresa Wilson, County Counsel, briefly reviewed this item for the Board (see material on file).
MOTION: Approval of the Order. Cornacchia MOVED, Dumdi SECONDED.
VOTE: 5-0.
2. ORDER 96-12-19-2/In the Matter of Approval of a Disputed Claim Settlement Regarding the Workers’ Compensation Claim of Eric Langford.
Wilson noted that, as a result of the previous Executive Session, this order is presented (see material on file.)
MOTION: Approval of the Order. Dumdi MOVED, Cornacchia SECONDED.
VOTE: 5-0.
3. ORDER 96-12-19-3/In the Matter of Authorizing Counsel for Defendants in Olson v. Cornacchia, et al, Case No. 16-9-6-03872.
Each Board member, individually, declared a conflict of interest.
Wilson briefly reviewed the contents of the Order (see material on file).
