I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Del Phelps called the meeting to order.
II. PUBLIC COMMENT
Laurie Cracraft, 2819 Alder, Eugene, urged Lane County to continue their
contribution to the Intergovernmental Human Services Commission, stating that a 10 percent
reduction would result in reducing the Senior Outreach allocation by $43,000. She stated
that this would create an additional deficit of $17,000 and would mean eliminating
outreach services in the Veneta community and an across-the-board reduction in staff hours
and services. Cracraft remarked that if Lane County contributes full funding to the
Intergovernmental Human Services Committee, this senior outreach program would be
restored. She reviewed the services provided by the Senior Outreach Program.
