Commissioner Steve Cornacchia presided with Commissioners Ellie Dumdi, Bobby Green, Sr., Peter Sorenson, and Cindy Weeldreyer present. County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, Housing Authority and Community Services Agency Director Chris Todis, County Counsel Teresa Wilson, and Recording Secretary C. Daniel Lindstrom were also present.

1. PUBLIC COMMENTS

Commissioner Cornacchia determined there was no one present wishing to present testimony.

2. CONSENT CALENDAR

a. Approval of Minutes: March 11, 1998, 9:00 a.m.

b. ORDER 98-4-8-1H/In the Matter of Accepting a Bid and Awarding Contract #98-C-0038 for Replacement of 44 Duplex Roofs at McKenzie Village, Springfield, Oregon and Re-Roofing Two Agency Administration Buildings, Springfield Oregon.

MOTION: To approve the March 11, 1998, Consent Calendar.

Commissioner Dumdi MOVED, Commissioner Green SECONDED.

VOTE: 5-0.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION

Commissioner Cornacchia adjourned the meeting to an Executive Session at 9:05 a.m.
