Commissioner Faye Stewart presided with Commissioner Bill Dwyer, Bill Fleenor, Bobby Green, Sr. and Peter Sorenson present. Hugh Massengill and Barbara Moorehouse were excused.  County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

3. REGULAR BUSINESS

a. RESOLUTION AND ORDER 07-11-28-1H/In the Matter of Approving the Public Housing Assessment System Certification for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2007.

Stewart indicated that this item was requested to be put on the Consent Calendar and that was why Massengill and Moorehouse were not present.

MOTION:  to approve ORDER 07-11-28-1H.

Dwyer MOVED, Fleenor SECONDED.

VOTE: 5-0.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

None.

5. OTHER BUSINESS

None.

There being no further business, Commissioner Stewart adjourned the meeting at 9:04 a.m.
