COMMISSIONERS' REMONSTRANCE
Massengill
said this was his last meeting and he was grateful for the opportunity to serve
for the past four years. He also
thought this board order was a great thing they were doing for the employees.

REGULAR BUSINESS
a. ORDER 07-12-12-1H/In the Matter of Approving a One-Time Bonus
for All Bargaining Unit and Exempt Personnel.
Dorothy Cummings, HACSA, said this is the third year of a three year
contract with AFSCME. She commented
while they would have liked to have given everyone a COLA this year, they
didn’t think it was prudent, given the uncertainty of the future for several
of their programs. She indicated
they were able to work with the union and agree on a bonus for all bargaining
unit employees. She asked the Boar
to approve the $1,300 bonus for all exempt employees.
MOTION: to approve
ORDER 07-12-12-1H.
Dwyer MOVED, Fleenor SECONDED.
VOTE: 7-0.
